The early stages of our Earth and how it all began
“Welcome to my first blog! Today, I’m sharing how our planet Earth was born billions of years ago!”
🌍 How the Earth began
Around 4.5 billion years ago, the Earth we are living did not actually exist!.
On that time there was a huge cloud of gas, dust and just some old pieces of star floating around in space. That cloud was called solar nebula, it was the leftover remains of a giant star that exploded in a supernova!.
This is a picture of solar nebula
🔆 The Sun Comes First
Our gravity pulled most of the gas and dust to the center of the cloud, forming the SUN ☀️.
The rest of the material started sticking together, forming small rocky worlds—the planets.
🌏 Earth Is Born
One of those rocky planets was the planet we are living in, The Earth 🌏. At first, it was just a hot, glowing ball of melted rock. It had no oceans, no sky, and no life. Asteroids and comets crashed into it, making it even hotter. But these collisions helped it grow.
🌊 Water Arrives
After a while, Earth started to cool. Some scientists think icy comets crashing into Earth brought water. Slowly, steam from volcanoes and space rocks turned into rain. Over time, Earth’s surface formed oceans.
🌫️ The First Atmosphere
Earth's first atmosphere was made of gases from volcanoes—like carbon dioxide and sulfur. It didn’t have oxygen, so animals like us couldn’t survive yet. But tiny bacteria in the oceans began making oxygen through photosynthesis. This slowly changed Earth’s air into something breathable.
🧬 Life Begins
Earth's oceans became the perfect place for the first simple life to begin—tiny cells that would eventually lead to plants, animals, and humans. These first life forms appeared over 3.5 billion years ago! isn't that crazy living beans have been living here for that long.
And that is about it today thank you for learning new things!.
